OLiOC PROGRAMME
The OLiOC programme (Civil Defence and Civil Protection) supports Polish municipalities and public institutions in strengthening emergency preparedness and response capabilities. Funding under OLiOC covers a wide range of equipment used by civil-defence, rescue and public-safety services.
